Michele McVey

Senior Executive Manager

Michele McVey brings over twenty-two years of elevator experience including New Construction and Modernization project work.  She has previously held positions as General Manager and Regional Sales Manager for Otis Elevator and Regional General Manager for Lerch Bates.  Michele is very familiar with the Chicago market and the industry.  Twice she has been the personal recipient of the President’s Award from Otis Elevator Company.

Michele has an educational background with an electrical engineering degree (BSEE) from Marquette University, and a Master’s in Business (MBA) with a focus in Finance, from Loyola University.

PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Vertical Transportation Consultant, Mrs. McVey is responsible for the following functions:

• New Construction and Modernization of Vertical Transportation

• Vertical Transportation System Studies

• Vertical Transportation Maintenance

• Evaluation, Due Diligence, and Acquisition Services

• Contract Administration

Mrs. McVey provides complete Administration of Design and Construction services, including:

• Contract Negotiation

• Schematic Design

• Design Development

• Contract Specifications

• Bid Review

• Shop Drawing Review

• Construction Services
